Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Drawstry, a product of Flowstry. By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Pro subscriptions, whether for monthly or annual billing cycles. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that charges are non-refundable.
We encourage you to explore Drawstry on the Free plan before upgrading to ensure it meets your needs.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases — such as duplicate charges or significant technical issues attributable to us — we may consider a refund request at our sole discretion. To submit a request, contact us at support@drawstry.com with the email address associated with your account, a description of the issue, and the subject line "Refund Request". We review each case individually and do not guarantee a refund outcome.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
4. What Happens When You Downgrade
The Free plan allows 1 workspace and 3 diagrams per workspace. When your Pro subscription ends — whether through cancellation or non-renewal — your account will revert to these limits.
Any workspaces and diagrams you created beyond the Free plan limits during your Pro subscription will be permanently deleted one week after your Pro access ends.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover deleted workspaces or diagrams after this point. Please export or back up any important work before your Pro access ends.
5. Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for renewal charges.
6. Payment Processing
All payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Any approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
